DrumWise T-Shirt Giveaway | August 2021 – Terms & Conditions

ENTRY

1.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
1.2 The opening time and date for entries is 3pm Tuesday 24th August and the closing date and time for entries is Tuesday 7th September, 11am BST. Any entries received after this time will be invalid.
1.3 Entry to the competition must be made through the applicable method (2.2) and in accordance with the deadlines as indicated (1.2).
1.4 No bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries will be accepted. Entries which, in DrumWise’s reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods will be disqualified.
1.5 DrumWise accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason beyond its control.

ENTRY METHODS

2.1 Entry is by Instagram only.
2.2 To enter the competition, entrants will need to like the post, tag a friend in the comments on the post and make sure they’re following the DrumWise Instagram page.

VALID ENTRIES

3.1 Entries are deemed valid if they are complete, correct, comprehensible and received by DrumWise by the associated deadline (1.3).
3.2 At its discretion, DrumWise may elect to withdraw entrants that remove a follow, like, comment or other preference that is required as an entry.
3.3 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition, the decision of DrumWise shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE

4.1 DrumWise will select one winner at random.
4.2 The winners will be announced on Instagram within two working days of the competition closing. The winners will have a specified fixed time period of 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, although DrumWise will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner to ensure this does not happen.
4.3 Prizes will be posted to UK addresses only via Hermes courier service within 14 days of the prize being claimed.
4.4 Only certain sizes of T-shirt are available. We will do our best to send the winner the size they request but may have to send one similar.

STANDARD TERMS

5.1 In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with these Terms and Conditions, DrumWise shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify the entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by DrumWise including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
5.2 These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
5.3 DrumWise reserves the right to withdraw or amend any competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

DATA & PRIVACY POLICY

As part of this competition, you will be sharing your comment(s) and possibly image(s) on the public Instagram DrumWise page through your own account. Please note that we may reshare these public comments on Instagram.

If DrumWise should wish to use your comments or images in any other third-party promotional materials or online, we will always seek your consent prior to doing so.

If you are the competition winner, we will ask you to contact us privately through Instagram or via Email with additional personal data, such as your name and address, so we can send out your prize. This personal data is accessed by DrumWise to send out your prize. No other parties will have access to your information, unless we are under a duty to disclose or share personal data for legal or regulatory purposes.

DrumWise will not store your data or use it for any purpose other than advised in these Terms and Conditions.
